KTV audition

ok.. friday.. at 5pm.. i was warming up at home coz need to warm up b4 goin there mahXx... then i sang the 'piano' back part over and over.. wah really good!~ i can reach the notes at the back!~ ahahXx..

then took mrt there... met shi hui n wendy.. then went into the waiting room at 7.30 then the stupid host keep toking and toking so noisy.. anyway they went to the room one by one.. then we sat by groups.. then pei xuan sms mi say her sis sitting in front of mi... wah!~ really is her lehXx!~ ahahXx.. long lost fren!~ ahahXx.. so suprising then we tok n tok n tok... coz laz time childhood our 2 families quite close to each other one... she was a theory teacher at LWS... ahahXx.. cool.

anyway shi hui went ahead b4 mi.. then she came back n said she got in!!~ ahahXx... then b4 my turn.. the stupid host ask mi like sing a bit of my song to warm up in front of the contestants... ahahXx.. actually he ask everybody to do that b4 they go 4 audition lahXx.. i was thinking to warm up my voice then sing a bit until i forgot the lyrics.. ahahXx... wendy n shi hui said it was nice..

ok then walk there haf to queue up.. shi hui told mi one of the judge is the manager.. then one is the ex actor wang de yuan then the onli ger is dunno hu lahXx... anyway i peep inside then i saw the wang de yuan.. ahahXx... so old so fat!!!~ can c he tu tou already!~ so fat somemore. ahahXx. very bad.

ok nxt my turn.. it was good... i said i was 18 yrs old then the manager say he quite happy coz he like the age.. ahahXx.. anyway i sang... quite smoothly coz juz now warm up le.. but still a hint of nervousness.. ok... it was good.. one of the good ones i ever sang in front of strangers... all in tune... nv forget lyrics... very nice toned.... expression... stage presence.. all was good!~ hahaXx...

ok after that the judges 'ding ding' mi... heng nv sing the back part coz i scared i can't reach the note... ahahXx... anyway... they were discussing... i can c that the lady judge quite like mi.. the manager was ok wif mi... juz dat one stupid ex actor wang deyuan... hu obviously din like mi.. i think he psycho the other 2 ppl lahXx... hahaXx..

he gave comments... he say that it was very nice... tone nice.. words nicely sang.. got sincerity in singing like dat... BUT THEN my voice is not matured... no technique.. then he ask mi whether my voice break already... DUH... then i said i dunno... think it's half half... he say wait till the other half then come n join.... then i was thinking WHAT THE F***?

ok then i came out.. i was quite pissed off.. then shi hui n wendy were also shocked i nv get in... they said it sounded very nice outside the room... argh.

SOOOOO pissed..
1. who the f*** is he to comment on singing??!?! he's juz an old balding fat man.. he's not professional at alllllllllll
2. he said that my voice not matured is ok.. but no technique?!?! he's like indirectly critisizing pater laoshi lahXx...
3. as i said he's not professional.. he's not a singing teacher or anything... and his ears r not meant for listening to voices singing!!~
4. they nv state they looking for MATURED SOUNDING singers at firsttttt
5. he said i sound nice and sincere.. THEN WAD'S WRONG?!?! the obvious thing is that he don't like my voice.
6. juz wasted $30 for a non professional judge.
7. wasted 2 hrs waiting for my turn to be commented by a non professional.
8. this is just an audition. it is meant to look out for pitching, rhythm.. everything except matured voice.

wah thanx a lot man. ok i do really sound like those sore losers... but then shi hui n wendy heard mi sing... 2 ears better than 1... anyway i smsed peter and he was shocked too!~ "hah? how come like that?" then i told him all those stuff... he ask mi do even better nxt time n tok to mi a bit... hahaXx... i noe i din do well in the imm 90s audition coz i'm not familiar in oldies but this one i had confidence to get thru at least the audition.

But really. i do believe in myself.. there's nothing wrong with my audition.. i considered it even better than my laz time performance. too bad for him. if i make it big nxt time i'll ask him to wipe my ass. ee dun wan. dirty my ass. he's not even worth it.

Napfa

woohoo!!!!~ this is the happiest day of the month!!!~ yay!!!~

let mi announce....

I FINALLY GOT A SILVER FOR NAPFA!!!!!!!!!!~

hahaXx... it's not exactly such a big news for some ppl but then to mi it's a feat.... juz to consider i had obtained like fail for the past few years.... from fail to silver!~ wow!!~

hahahaXx... anyway.... silver for napfa.... no extra 6 weeks PTP... still got a few weeks reduction from BMT.... wow!!!!!~ omg!!!~ ahahXx... such attractive offers coming to me!!~ hahaXx...

anyway... the real feat is for mi to jump standing broad jump... coz it's the onli thing i cannot pass... i need a 222cm for a silver and i had improved frm 200cm to 220cm in juz few months' time... and when i can finally pass all my other station... i jumped 220cm for SBJ.... and that's the one station that caused mi to take napfa all over and all over again... just the 2cm!!!!!~ so today i jumped a 225cm!!~ yay!!!!~

anyway.... still haf a few ppl or things to thank....

- the guys in our class for being so supportive and encouraging mi during PE..
- the gers in our class for saying "jia you!!" and "all the way!!".. ahhaXx... supporting!!~
- mr lam PE teacher for being so kind and training me and enduring all our times of taking napfa
- redbull for giving me energy... hahaXx..
- choir ppl for like giving mi tips (although i knew them all and tried them)
- council ppl for encouragement and place to change into PE attire. ahahXx.

yay!!~ but then still haf to cheer for ah lye hu failed napfa juz by a mere 10seconds for 2.4 run!!!~ omg!!~ nvm... jia you!!!~

cookies

another weekend..... hahaXx... went for lesson on friday... quite productive lahXx... peter lao shi tot things i never knew i was making.. ahhaXx.. yeah.

anyway saturday went to reika's hse for carollings.... then went westmall eat.. meet my mum.. actually wanted to buy electronics but then too big lahXx... so dun wan.. went lot 1 eat dinner... went home.. then went to cousin's hse to stayover!!~

ahahXx. i always go their hse but then quite fun lahXx... i gonna get real fat soon coz i keep eating there... there's so much nice things to eat there lohXx!!!~ hahaXx... then we baked cookies frm the cookie mix... wow nice!~ oatmeal choco chip!~ ahhaXx.. good.. wanted to mug there but then end up reading many magazines and comics and then went to sleep while he go clubbing wif his frenz then i'm left wif my another cousin...

went to imm after dat.. ate the laksa.. wah not bad lehXx..... then went home.... read and did chem notes.. ahhaXx.. the onli thing i did for the wkend. hahxX..

hm... wkdays like nothing to do.. wkends lotsa things to do but then li bu chong xin lahXx.... anyway got the call frm party world.. audition on friday nite... but then cannot haf ppl listen one lahXx... hm.. think my song will b ok coz juz went through wif peter laoshi yeah.

another boring entry

i juz read the entries of my blog and found out that i have been more boring and more boring each entry. haiXx.. boring blog template also.. haiXx... can some kind soul plz do one template for mi?!!?

anyway oh yah i woke up on sunday then i was lai chuang-ing then i fell asleep again then when i woke up the second time i found myself sucking my own thumb. hahahXx.. i was so shocked coz i also din realise it... stupid. anyway monday national day celebration went to watch 7 swords... wahhh super cool lah the swords... i love the ri yue sword. the one with 2 swords, one long one short together. super cool.. hahaXx. it's 2.5hrs but the original one is 5hrs one.. i wanna watch the uncut version!!!~

anyway tuesday was fun!~ went to sheng siong supermarket for the first time wif my cousin coz i wanna eat brownies so go her hse bake... wah bot lots of things there... the things r so cheap!!!~ anyway went her hse bake the brownies super nice.. then i made chawanmushi also... but failed also lahXx... anyway went bishi's hse after dat for dinner n sing songs and watched fireworks also!~ wah her hse there can watch the padang's fireworks lehXx! cool!~ imagine frm lakeside there can watch city hall there... cool!!~ it was a fun day!!!!!

wednesday stayed home the whole day.. hahaXx... studied and copy notes.. nothing to do...

i realised i m super super fat now. i feel my school long pants tight around my waist already... arh!!!!!!!! i used to feel it so loose hanging around my hips.. arh!!!!!~ and another of my shorts i once felt so loose that i can pull it down... n now i wear it's so tight!!~ arh!!!~ fats!!!~ i must get rid of them!!!!!~

i juz watch a super nice MTV n a super nice song.. it's bu de bu ai by Wilber Pan Wei Bo.. although i'm not a fan of his.. but i love this song... it's kinda sad but a bit happy at the same time.. it's a nice feeling when u hear this song coz it's smoothes your nerves... slow yet fast kinda feeling.

BBQ n audition

eh.. i went MC at thurs afternn then stayed there for quite a while and saw the renovation of the upstairs second floor.... wow it's like quite nice there lahXx... Music clinic expansion. nice.
yah anyway coz i haf a n audition on sat morn, i dunno wad song to sing coz it's like it's 90s songs lah.... i onli started listening to songs like in sec 2 or 3 which is 2002 2003 like dat.... so it's not my year. ok so i had to consult peter lao shi.. yah got 2 songs then went home n quickly dl and memorize the lyrics.

fri nite had BBQ wif 05S12... hahaXx... quite fun lahXx.. celebrated joan's bdae also... fun!~ ahhaXx... Joan's BBQ chicken wings r the best!!~

sat morning went IMM to audition.. i expected a lot of ppl to queue up but in the end onli like less than 10 ppl there early... ahahXx.. stupid lahXx... anyway i was the 3rd one to go in... aiya i feel so shitty abt my audition. though i noe the judges.. first time i sang i sang one part zao xia and forgot the lyrics.... stupid. that was the worst thing ever happened. and i had to sing wif the mike also.... idiotic cordless mike. no use one... anyway the judge ask mi whether i'm nervous... then he say he gimmi one more chance... hahaXx.. cool. i sang one more time.. this time nv zao xia, nv forget lyrics.. but i mixed up the lyrics but i dun think the judges can hear... ahahXx... ok i was in the safe zone..

it means that i'm safe for the moment but not necessary get into semi finals.. i really suck at singing old songs.... hahaxXx.. anyway we had to decide 2 songs for the nxt round.... so being a 90s-song idiot... i had to call n consult peter lao shi... hahaXx.. when i called him he was still sleeping then he was half asleep while toking to mi... ahahXx... then chose 2 songs... which i dun wanna noe how to sing.. ahhaXx.. the results will b out on monday to c whether u'll b in the semis anot... well i dun really expect myself to get in coz i really sucked at the audition...

alright. time to study!!!~ hhaahXx.... oh yeah i finished reading harry potter laz nite.. wah my eyes gonna spoil already... yesterday the whole day i was watching TV, playing comp... reading harry potter until like 2am like dat.. ahahXx.... i had to finish reading it or else i wun haf time to read it anymore. well the story now is not quite nice.. coz they din had a quidditch finals and i feel it's quite draggy sometimes... quite ok lah.. i feel that goblet of fire is more exciting.. cool. i can't wait for the movie to come out.. ahhaxXx... oh yeah it'll come out on the day my As finish!!!!~ yay!!!!~ ahahXx...
