my laziness to blog is acting up again!!!!!

Recently i have been meeting up with many friends.

and i went to cut hair so all my angriness is gone.. haha feng shui change after cutting hair.. all the bad times r gone! and i have a better scalp now. HAHAx. ok some ppl will understand the joke.

met up with denise after work dat day!! went to taka and saw the toy fair.. makes me wanna become a kid again. all the toys r so interesting. ate at ambush.. then after dat walked around.. tok quite a lot but mostly my stuff. haha it was a short meeting nevertheless.

yesterday morning darius msg mi for breakfast coz he's at centennial tower, so went down for breakfast at kiliney. i was quite hungry too and i've completed my cheques already, so ok lor.. breakfast on me coz i still owe him money.

then after dat he wanted to show me something bt it's quite confidential... then he go n hide in some corner like in between the pillar and the wall in front of kiliney. so farnie la!!! he dun wanna be suspicious but he's hiding somewhere so suspicious. then i keep asking him to come out.. hahax.. nvms.

then yesterday supposed to meet eups and ber but eups can't make it.. so bernice and me met at vivoctiy during dinnertime and being friday nite, dinner crowds all around the restaurant. wanted to eat at marche, but the queue was super long and we were both quite hungry.. so we avoided the restaurants to eat at carls' jr, which had a long queue too, but luckily we found quite good seats.

long time never catch up already! and she juz got her final yr results from uni. haix. it's still a long time for me. still considering thou.

anyway told her all about my life after i started working.. hahah.. she said my life can be made into a movie already. hahahax.. i tot everyone's life should be about the same. or mayb i exaggerated mine or i'm too particular. nvms.

toking about movies, I'M WATCHING NARNIA ON NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!! hahahax it's company event so it's free!! popcorns and drinks too! happiness. at least my managers r good to me, i tot they'r not getting the tickets for us temps. hahax.

nowadays i do nothing during wkends but wkdays r most bz!
so i declare saturdays as relax and fitness day. relax at home and go running. watch anime online.

plans for next wk:

Monday- bon voyage dinner with sean who's going to australia to study but b4 he flys he's companying me to buy psp!! yay!

Tuesday- welcome back dinner with chion who juz came back frm australia (wad's up with all the australias) after i think 2 years of pilot training. haha he's one of my good army frens whom i never met up for 2 years.

Wednesday- EDITED. either buying present or dining at home

Thursday- can't eat out coz mum's cooking. n i wanna watch tv. haha

Friday- Meeting dinner with Sixun to discuss New York plans.

Saturday- Somebody's bdae party. haha. presents. argh. i think must buy present on wed/thurs already.

i overheard a chat in the mrt... they were toking about names.. and one of them said.

1: u noe i got a fren called jun nan leh.

2: wah then his gf must be called mei nu lor.

1: dat time when my fren's mum gave birth to her the nurse said she look like xiao mao (cat) then when she grew up they all call her xiao mao.

2: oh u noe my ****** is called wan mei

1: then everyone will call her perfect.

2: u noe i got a pri school friend, she's called Shi Ting, then the boys always call her shiting.

wah lao damn farnie la!!!! dat's the worse name to give! shitting. i was am chio-ing so badly!!!!!

today i worked alone coz the temp girl had graduation. and did OT till 7pm.. but actually could leave early.. coz the sutff can be done tml...

ask myself why do i work so hard.... half an hr more for $5.. hm..

i work hard for the money.. and juz now the tv said.. u work hard now to enjoy later.. and i'm working hard right now so i can have a great time at US. yupz.. and i'm doing OT to cover all my daily expenses so the main savings wun b affected dat much. it's called financial planning.

and i need to cover my psp as well.. so i'm giving up my bangkok trip with my pri sch frens.. coz it will cost mi $800, much more than a psp. sorri guys! but confirm will join for our 10th anniversary nxt year!

i looked at myself in the mirror and i saw the drastic effects of staring into the comp for long hours and reading for long hrs: developing eyebags!!!!!! omg.

i must really go boston and relax for 2 weeks.

i dunno how come when i start work i get more n more angry.. one reason its coz tuition stopped then i have nobody to vent my anger on. oops.

psp is getting cheaper. i MUST get it b4 my trip or else i'll rot in my 5 hrs of transiting.

i always have a lot of hard decisions to make coz i'm very fickle and indecisive and there r a lot of options.

sometimes i just feel like heck care everything and just do it, but there are far too many things to consider.

CONFIRM

i've already put a confirm ready chop to the trip to US!!

today i juz spent a whooping $1257 bomb in marina square.. oh yah dunno if they have spend how much got lucky draw thingy. hahah..

and my savings are almost back to square one (heart pains) and i haven withdraw my expenses yet..

i almost reached my target saving amount... juz work 2 more weeks and will touch it already.. haix... money can earn back, time and experience can't so therefore i guess it's worthwhile.

i've to prepare all the stuff, pack my bags too. excitings.. and i haven told my dad. hahas.

told my mum yesterday she kinda rejected the idea but i bluff her i bot the tickets already.. and i really bot it today but i think she thinks i'm lying. so.... too bad for her i'll be gone in 3 weeks. hahahahx.

anyways.. we must really be glad for wad we have now...

i really feel for those involved in all the earthquakes and disasters... their loss and everything.. it's really a painful sight.

so we wish them well, hope miracles happen for them, and their heart never give up.

great news!

i've found an offer for a round trip flight to NY for onli $1257!!! omg as compared to the $2400 to boston flight, i can save $1200 can convert to my shopping money!!!! and free me of all my monetary problems.

no prize for guessing wad airlines i'm taking but it's definitely not Air China or Garuda airways.

so total i estimated to spend abt 2400 on my us trip, including tickets, food, shopping, transport all expenses.

so lucky to found dat deal!!!!! omg.

satuday is my official running day!

ever since i started work i've no time to exercise, even if i reach home its around 7, or sometimes got OT too. but darius suggested doing nite jog around 9.. hm.. quite a good idea. but still, tired already lazy to run.

so for the past months i've been running on saturdays to burn all the fats i accumulated for that week. haha i dunno how long is the distance but it's the same route everytime. my hse to brickland rd there and one round back.

today i walked to cdans frm my hse, went inside for a swim and some tanning and i'm all red. hahax. on a hot afternoon and i can't find the sun tan lotion in my hse anywhere. evening time went for a run in the same route.

so total fitness day today!

happiness. i'm one month away frm NY. and i haven told my parents yet :X

researching and planning

right now i'm in short of time!!

i'm quite sad i din grab as much time as i can last time.

i'm doing a lot of research and planning on.....
1. US trip
2. psp

1. it's cheaper to fly to NY then take bus to boston... coz the ticket to boston is really too ex and there r frequent flights to NY. and somemore my cousin's not going with me already coz his dad dun wanna pay for him. so i'm flying alone! hahahx. first times. so must research on the best date and airlines to fly.

2. ever since my fren offered to sell his fat psp for 150 with a 4gb ms, research and research for cheaper alternative... coz his is a fat psp while a psp slim is much better. it's really cheap leh 150.. but it's a old psp. he bot it for 500+ last time. hahax..

all boils down to the word: BUDGET!!!!!!

pri schs

it's like a pri school reunion which never ends. hahahax.... we've been meeting on friday nite for kw's present, sunday for kw's bdae/chalet, monday night for the undercover meeting, tuesday lunch for the CBD gang. OMGGGG

and nxt year marks our 10th year anniversary. haha

it's been really a crazy week. and going to working has become a stressful affair.

last time
i really look forward to work, coz every morning i juz go there to read newpaper and slack until around 11am then i really start work, until lunch, come back at 2pm do a bit until 4pm and slack until 5.20 knock off.

morning: sads... working again. morning work.... until lunchtime, sometimes din go out for lunch coz too many things to do.. they tabao back for me.. WORKKKKKKK and most of the time OT until 7 or 7.30pm.

BIG CHANGE.

and i really do feel stressed working coz of the workload. but the new temp says it's okay leh.... hm... mayb i'm too used to the previous working phase.

tuesday quite crazy for me coz i've to rush down to shenton way to meet the CBD gang for lunch! hahaha so i left at ard 11.45 but went back at 1.45.. good thing the dept went for lunch at 1pm so they duno when i came back.

i've been doing OT EVERYDAY!!!!!! argh. althou earning quite a bit, but still, all the perm staff left b4 us lor. and stupid manager still dare to leave b4 us. left 2 poor temp staff doing OT on a friday night.

but nvm coz after dat i've to meet pri sch frens to buy present. ate at carl's jr.. then bot all the presents! haha.. it's a series of shirts... one singlet, one t shirt.. both frm NUM and one long sleeve shirt frm FOX.

we even cam whored at the family's room!!!!! wahhh there's guys and girls and they wana take photo but dun haf mirror and both can't go to either one's toilet so in the end cam-whored inside the baby's room. hahaha. nigel keep saying 'ma ma bao ni, ma ma bao ni' to pretend there's a baby in the room. gao-xiao-ness

sunday's pri school fren's bdae party at chalet! haix super far.

anyway i've come to a conclusion on psp. have been hearing people's advices and come to this conclusion:
if u dun haf, it u'll want it but when u have it, u'll get sick of it.

juz like handphone. u buy it and u'll play with it for a few days then get sick of it.

i want it now coz i dun haf it, but i'm unsure if i buy it, will i regret and get sick of it? dino told mi he bot the psp, after 2 weeks he got sick of it already.. and sean's psp is now underused but he's not planning to sell it la.

i always get jealous when i see people playing their psps on mrt. argh. wished i had one too. mayb i should juz borrow a psp for 2 weeks and see if i'll get sick of it when the time comes. hahax.

Speed Racer

went to watch Speed Racer on tuesday night.

Tuesday afternoon around Sida msg-ed mi if i'm free to watch Speed Racer at nite.. coz his fren won 2 tickets but he couldn't make it so gave to him to watch.. and it's at vivo at 9. so was thinking ok lor after work can go dinner and watch, since i'm doing OT (why? plz refer to previous entry) and i wanted to watch speed when it came out and i'm not working the next day coz got NTU medical checkup.

Originally i really really hated Speed Racer coz i ALWAYS watch it when i was a kid and i hated the english sub dat made it super nan ting. and the sound effects were so lousy. but i still watched it in a regular basis anyway. still, i was considered a fan of speed racer. hahah weird rite. hated it but still watch. and i wanted to see how they'r gonna movietise it. esp when the directors/producers of Matrix trilogy are doing it.

IT'S SUPER GOOD!!!!!!!!!!! I super loved it!! the entire movie is like a kindergan art class.. SO COLOURFUL! the actual movie is filmed behind a greenscreen so it looks quite fake la but i'm too engrossed in the movie to notice it.

the sound effects, music all so good and sounds like a lot of fun. esp the driving scene, wahh if u'r a driver u'll feel quite shiok.

it's a family movie, thou some parts are a bit lame but sometimes it's quite farnie. and everything's a happy ending. yayyyyyy. and u'll feel high after watching the movie coz of all the racing stuff.

after watching all the racing scenes and the movie, i've found the inspiration and passion for racing that's hidden inside me for so long.

so i'm gonna be the speed racer.

pissed off @work

i am a very pissed off temp staff at citibank today.

after 2 other temp staff quit, i'm forced to do their work, in additional to mine.

how am i supposed to cope?

frm now i'm not gonna hurry finish work. i will take my own sweet time to do. can earn OT also.

but not this week coz the kid's having exams and there's tuition almost everyday.

arghhh i'm skipped my weekly running on sat coz went to yijun's party..

i really wanna start running like 2/3 times a week, but i hate to wake up in the morning esp when the sun hasn't wake up. (eg. the sky is still dark)

wells. nvm. mayb i should increase my running distance then.

finally mayday and TGIF

long since i had a holiday! i really need the break from work.haix. now one more temp staff left the bank, i'm now doing 3 person's job. haix. and OT on a friday evening somemore.

went out to orchard in the afternoon after lunch! supposed to meet jc to shop for ck's present but he pangsehed mi. argh. but i haven been to orchard for so long!! and i miss seating on the bus to orchard in the afternoon. haha dunno why it's a nostalgic feeling.

found out dat topshop is having 20% mayday sale until sunday. saw a tshirt i quite like.. and i still haf the $20 topmen card to spend... might wanna buy dat.. but still, ck's present is priority.

kino read some books.. the founder of Bakerzin published a dessert recipe book and included macarons!! woohoo wanted so much to buy the book but it's 39.95. quite ex.. hope can borrow it frm the library. so i can bake macarons. and other bakerzin stuff like the bailey's souffle.

nothing to shop at taka.. so went directly to robinsons to redeem my $30 robinsons voucher.. but still can't decide wad to spend on. so i still haf the voucher. bzzzzz

friday nite.
finally went out. sent huiyu to ecp, picking up 2 frens on the way... finally went to geylang to look around.. it's juz a one way street with LOADS of shops.. feels a lot like taiwan thou.. with the flashing neon lights and signboards.

settled at some dim sum restaurant near little india... the truth i'm never been to little india b4.. it's quite near mustafa so we went mustafa to walk around after the dim sum which was quite filling.

mustafa is like a 24hr giant shopping mall la. it sells EVERYTHING. even more than giant. it's a giant Giant. we had problem opening our eyes from the sparkling 2 storeys of GOLD jewellery. it's really A LOT. and there's one whole entire shelf of toothbrushes i've never seen so many toothbrushes in my life. haha it's really an experience to walk around there. and after 1am there's still people (of a certain race) shopping for groceries. totally amazing india.

saturday
morning tuition with edgar. afternn went to yijun's hse for bdae party. and i was part of the saigang party again. blowing balloons AGAIN. had been the saigang party for almost all the parties i went to. (except agnes'). but feels weird being the onli guy there so early.

actually i'm quite fond of parties. haha dunno y. juz love the atmosphere.

yah i shared the present with ht and yu which a white translucent lingerie. i must state that i didn't buy the present with them. i'm onli chipping in the money and sincerity. was there frm 4pm to around 9+. and the swensen's ice cream cake was worth the wait! haha.. food was quite nice too. met up jc classmates and tok... hope the pics will b up soon!
