i am very grumpy today because

- haven got enough sleep yesterday
- not earning any money and my bank account is depleting!
- races in burnout is getting harder and harder
- some lazy ppl juz like to irritate others instead of finding the answers themselves
- I feel like staying in hall but mayb not with irritating people.
- no one loves to read my blog anymore
- or mayb no one likes spiderman and they'r loving batman more.
- I HAVEN WATCH BATMAN!!!!!!!!! ARH!!!!! WHO HAVEN WATCH YET???
- I DUN WANA START SCHOOL!
- I wanna be a loner and a nerd in school. i'm not gona take part in any activities. i'm juz gona study and study and hang out in the library.
- I STILL CAN'T DECIDE WHICH LAPTOP TO GET!!!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH THE DEADLINE'S COMING SOOOOOOOON

eating right

friday night always end up thinking wanna go supper but no one to call coz sean's in australia. and supper is FATS. so i'll end up playing with my gf in the end. hahax.

after i came back frm US every morning i wake up watching nat geo or discovery channel and i LOVE MYTHBUSTERS!! very exciting and interesting to watch!!

one program in Nat Geo actually did an experiment on lab mice, feeding them juz b4 their bedtime, and another batch feeding them in the afternoon. one week later the mice which ate in afternn weighs 35g, while the other weigh 40g!!! omg!

look what supper can do to u!! u gain 1/7 of ur body weight!! if u'r 60kg now, u'll gain 8.5kg to become 68.5kg JUST FROM EATING A WEEK SUPPER!!!! ok mayb mice food/weight not relative to human food/weight. haha but it's scary juz to think about it.

and mythbusters is very niceee!!!! they'll find a myth and try to duplicate the situation and prove if it's true or false. hahax.. like recently they did all the coca cola stuff, it actually does not corrode ur teeth or wadsoever (DUH), but it's a good cleaning agent.
hahax.. and using cellphones in petrol kiosks WILL NOT create explosions, unless under EXTREME conditions like if it's CONCENTRATED with gas vapour.
and using cellphones in a plane does not affect the radio frequencies, it's juz a safety measure just to be safe.

haha see how much i learn in Nat Geo and Discovery!! haha.

anyway, i found out i haven't been eating fruits, so i opened the fridge, onli longans and lychee. I HATE FRUITS WITH LITTLE FLESH, BIG SEEDS AND NEEDS PEELING. ok i think generally those two.

BUTTTTTTT there's onli those two so no choice i took 2 longans and lychees each. after one, I'M SUPER HOOKED TO THEM!!! wahhhhh the longans r SUPER SWEET AND CRUNCHY!!!! LYCHEES R SWEET AND JUICY!!!!! OMGGGGGGG.

i can't bliff i'm addicted to those two which i hated so much in the past. and i'm eating them everyday... arh!!! super addictive!!! SWEET, CRUNCHY AND JUICY LONGANS AND LYCHEE!!

and i miss watermelon too.

i started eating vegetarian once a week when i started working in citibank coz the vegetarian food is very nice there... ahha so i decided to b a vegetarian once a week! (hope i can maintain that)

anyway i've really lost touch with all the new songs and discovered a very nice zhang shao han song! hahax. anyway as usual fun and funny, the chilli sauce they give a lot. hahax.. fun!! after dat raining at cine so we'r stuck there but ate kfc!

and yesterday nite went to send liwen who juz went off to shanghai to work n travel.. haix.. i wish to do dat tooo but no money.. sads. coz i drove and kinda took a very long way.. haha and ate supper at chong pang with kw and chius. i haven ate prata for damn long!!

woon's bdae!

it's the most expensive bdae parties i've ever been to, it's woon's talentime!

at 2am dessert bar at Holland v, theme was smart casual i guess. hahax..food wise the main course GOOD, but it's appetizer-type.. like meatballs, salmon, macaroni, salad all dat, but it's really good standard. then came desserts, SUPER GOOD, but i dun think it's worth the ala carte price thou. there's twix, toffee pudding, choco-tart and the blood-orange sobet is really good. i should try to make it at home. haha.

the place is really nice, all the balloons, private function juz for her. it's really cool coz almost all of her frens r frm choir and singing types, everyone performed for her and it's like talentime! we performed our old talentime song, lian ai ping lu. haha.. naifen brought his keyboard and sang too! and i sang with livia too! it's really really fun and all the cam-whores.

i dun wanna put him in the limelight coz he's the irritating best NBS FOC freshman. (he keeps haolianing to me) Irritating Naifen.

so anyway i regretted drinking earl-grey tea, once at 6pm, another at 9pm. i came back frm the party, went to bed at 2am, flipping around my bed until i saw the clock: 4am, and i never slept until 5am.

omg. it's really that bad. i tot onli coffee will haf this effect on me, dat's why i made a rule on myself. now the rule has changed: NO COFFEE/TEA AFTER 4PM.

another thing, i was dressing up for the party, then i sat down in front of the mirror and got a fright. FATSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG. i have so much fats in my body i'm dead.

i only haf 2 more weeks to get them off my body b4 i start school!!

I MUST EXERCISE EVERYDAY AND RUN/SWIM EVERYDAY FOR 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!

regrets and consolations

argh....

regretted not going for the engine camp, coz i'm quite bored at home..
but IT'S FREAKING 7 DAYS!!!! and if i go, i can't go for somebody's bdae party.
looks like pjc's my best and only engine fren in ntu!! haha sure a lot of ppl din go for the camp.

regretted not going bangkok with pri school friends!! coz i din expect the luggage delay to pay me $600.. which can cover my WHOLE bangkok trip.
but then again, they'r 6 people, plus me 7 people sounds a bit weird. and they booked the tickets early. sads........

regretted not staying in hall... coz they said first year is easiest to get, and hall life is good, make lotsa frens. pjc even said wanna share with me but we din apply in the end =( and i can't survive staying at home coz i dun even haf my own room. =((
BUT hall life is expensive n fattening, supper everyday, and hafta get involved in activities, might not cope with studies. hope i can get a hall in year 2. hahax.

actually to think about it, transport to NUS will b much better for me coz there's a direct bus frm my hse downstairs, and NUS is nearer to town/national library. while i hafta take 2 transports no matter what to NTU.
Hm.. BUT i dun haf much frens in NUS thou.. almost All of my frens r in NTU i haf no idea why. friends r important rite? =D

I went swimming yesterday afternoon, while i was tanning/resting after the swim, kinda fell asleep. and woke up 45mins later still thinking hey i'm not sunburnt at all.. then swam again b4 going home.

now my skin's that colour:





the worst thing: i forgot to flip and tan my back. so my front is red/tanned, back is normal. totally weirdness.

it's a growing phenomenon and it's scary. cam-whoreness is spreading like a virus............

PS: i dun admit i'm a camwhore, mayb i am one deep inside. but almost ALL my frens are. yes, even guys.

cousins outing

WE HAD OUR FIRST COUSINS OUTING!!!!! and it's PURELY cousins!!

ever since the kampong times we haven really got together as cousins, we juz hung out during special occasions like CNY and those bai bai days. i think we'r quite closely knitted coz we grew up together in one kampong in the younger days.. and every sunday we'll have our afternoon naps together. those were the days.

almost all came, one too young and others have their own family. (means too old) but i think they'll come if we had called them. hahax.

wow it's really amazing first time we hung out without those adults around. 11 of us. we went to shokudo to eat.. then went ktv and the eldest cousin, Ah Di treated us.. haha and kinda started the 'each treat one time thingy' then dinner at Aston's treated by second eldest of the group Angel.

haha credits to steve who organised the thing, next outing end of august: chalet at kelong.

i have been slacking at home!! it's quite shiok being the security guard at home, free food and lodging. but i have A LOT of things to settle b4 sch starts.

watched movie with my twin, daniel, haha long time since i saw him! i've forgotten why we became twins in SA council. yeah.. good catch up.

anyway watched Hellboy, which was really good!! not bad and super farnie. great special effects, the monsters all super cool. nothing less expected from the director of Pan's Labyrith. really good stuff, the actions, effects, the jokes. oh and u dun need to watch the first one to understand the second one.

after dat steamboat at china sq, organised by reika. food's not bad, but it's juz a normal steamboat, nothing much special abt it. but i love the pumpkin dessert!!!! hahaha all of them dun like. i think i finished 3.5 bowls. and i gave reika her wallet dat she asked mi to buy. i think it's quite nice. sorta forgotten i brought my crumpler there.. so i left the restaurant w/o it, feeling normal, until near raffles mrt then i realised i left my bag there. weird.

i hafta finish up all my stuff b4 this week!!! haven collected my mini note frm starhub..

great days

one of the main reasons i'm lazy to blog is that i am lazy to think of a title for the entry.

anyway. i had a few great days!

monday nite went out with woon and kr and song, at brewerks for dinner. and it's quite ex for the things u get. i mean i've eaten much better burger steak patty in US, at a much cheaper price too. hm.. mayb beef is more ex here. ya. but once u've eaten good american food in its authentic place u wun wanna eat here i guess. and i took the last 190 home!

wednesday went out with some sec sch classmates to buy somebody's bdae present: a white swatch. and at the same time.. i saw a classic swatch going for $69 or $99!!! and i super love it!

shit man my watch obsession has been acting up ever since i got my s+arck in US. Normally i'll juz see, wah nice i like, then walk off and forget about it. but this time i kept thinking it's a super nice watch and i've been bio-ing CK watches and other s+arck collection too! i feel like buying them all and hide inside my drawer and wear a different one each day. argh. why din anyone give me a watch for my bdae. hahax.

oh ya back to the buying present. ya then went to ck tang to finally get the watch, ding tai feng for dinner.. then we us 3 guys.. went to shop around far east. i haven stepped into Far East for ages. ok mayb dat time met my gf there.. but i never really shopped around. and there's A LOT of shops i'm really unaware of.

but ever since i've shopped at boston and new york, my shopping obsession here has gone down by 99%. everything is so ex here!!!! esp those u can get in US for less than half the price!! and the sale here is NOTHING like the sale there. i bot an Abercrombie long sleeve original price 79.90usd and sale for 19.90usd. and a few kate spade wallets original price 120usd for 50usd. <- ur present costs more than that, ms choy.

ya then we watched hancock, coz dat's the onli movie ck hasn't watch. it was OKAY. no starting no ending. i hate movies that dun explain. well, it's the experience. i haven watched movies for YEARS. (ok onli 4 weeks). and i took the last 190 back again! hahax. i'm fated to catch the last 190 home everytime.

today, thurday, went for korean BBQ!!! with council frens. it's the place i wanted to go for a LONG TIME. but it's qutie ulu. it's at haw par villa. IT'S SUPER GOOD. seriously. but quite ex. we ate A LOT and bill amounts to 33.50 per person. the meat is soooo good. and the magic growing towels, the spicy seafod soup is unbelievable. the octopus is so fresh and there's A LOT. i've never eaten such good korean food in spore. pictures WILL be up. ahaha i always say this but nobody ever sends me.

then we cabbed to jiam's for WII!!!! super fun as usual. we had the boxing, swimming and running and it trained our flabby arms. hahahax. i super wana try song's WII fit the yoga!!!!

and here i am, i've made amazing discoveries when i'm surfing the web juz now.

just when i tot the bloging scene has died down, pjc juz set up a new blog, credits to his new and first gf. (a real one). and i discovered another old fren of mine whom i haven tok to for zillion years has A BLOG!! OMG. he's the last person on earth i expected to have a blog, and he has it for like 3 years already. it's truly amazing discovery. really. i got a surprise of my life.

and went to facebook, saw a few happy pictures. i mean wow.. they really look good together. and the girl still the best.

Incredible Jiam's party

i am still quite lazy to type in the US entry, which i've hand written in my diary. haha. sorri blog readers u haf to wait a few more days when i'm more free and feel less lazy. hahahax. (have no idea when that will be).

anyway went to watch Incredible Hulk with huiting and toolbox!!! it's really much better than the Ang Lee's boring version... love the running scenes at the brazil suburbs, makes me wana go backpacking there. ahhahax i'm addicted to travelling. Edward Norton and Liv Tylor really fits into the story, really looks like they came out of the comic itself.

and story is quite exciting, it'll be better if we had watched it at a better cinema coz the sound effects were sometimes too loud. love the transformation to the green big thing. it's more of a love story than action, the character development is good too. Overall it's a good adaptation of the Hulk, if u'r a marvel fan. ahhahax.

and yesterday went for Jiamin's party! the theme was Funfair, and her classmates rented costumes! like jack sparrow, nurse, gladiator, zab was a chinese emperor! ahha imagine a black huang shang.

and there was brewerks beer, ramily burger, candy floss machine where we made a super big candy floss for jiam, choco fondue and the satay was damn nice. but the food a bit not filling la. hahax..

it's quite an extraordinary party and she's quite farnie!! she was so excited to blow the candles then she suddenly remembered to make a wish.. and quote of the party 'see, it runs in the family' coz her dad forgot she blew the candles already and wanted to light it again.

then she got a bit drunk and started sprouting nonsense and kept on toking and toking and toking and toking while we were there laffing at her. the scene was hilarious!

arhh this month there's quite a few bdae parties to go! can't wait for seok's party: delifrance tarts n eclairs!! WOOHOO!
