I'm busy with work, I'm busy with life.

Last week was quite awesome. I had a 2 day work week.

Tuesday I went to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve for the mammal survey. We were secretly photographing animals in the forests, especially at night and I wanted to be part of the peeping toms who secretly installs motion sensor cameras in hidden parts of the forest.
Wednesday I had a fun day training at Suntec.
Friday was Good Friday when I had snatched up 2 buffet lunch openings at Basilico!

On other news, I got my parents an Ipad mini because they have been sharing and playing on my small Iphone 4. I also got an ipad from somebody for a trial and so far so good! I have been reading my comics and books on the way to work and to home and to Tampines, where I have been hanging out for many weekends now.

This restaurant week, we went to Oscar's lunch buffet which had a really nice spread of fresh seafood. The tiger prawns were so sweet and juicy. The mains and desserts were also quite good, especially the bread and butter pudding and ala mode waffles with ice cream. Plus they have a live station of noodles. Last weekend was Basilico as mentioned but this time round it was a little disappointing, perhaps we have been there once earlier this year so we didn't have much of a surprise. The desserts were still good though.

It's so hard planning for a last minute trip. I wanted to go KL on Good Friday but thinking about the ever lasting traffic jams, the snaking queue at the customs and hiked bus ticket prices made the buffet at Basilico sound like the best holiday plan.

Anyways Daredevil is back. Back to Daredevil.

March

I just blinked my eye when I was in Tokyo and now it's already March, 2 months into the year and soon it will be 1/4 of the year gone when March ends. I have no idea where my time went and why time is running away from me.

I am seriously freaking out because I haven't completed anything really substantial yet.

I haven't learnt anything new

I haven't taken trained enough to earn $500 for Ippt

I haven't planned anything for my gmat

I haven't thought about my gym plans

I haven't started looking for new openings

I haven't packed my room yet

I haven't got my promotion

and yeah.. That's that. I really need to push harder.
