It's end of thurs and i'm half done with my work!
i just finished my reflection paper, effective com project, and lab report is 70% done,
so left 30% lab, marketing journal and project.
phew. it's really a busy holiday. i stayed in hall frm mon to wed just to do some work or else i wun b able to finish by this hol! and i haven even commence my studying for my quizzes nxt wk!!!!
anyway i had my very belated bdae celebration and my second cake for my bdae! haha. thanks huiting and huiyu! and nice meal at lai lai!
anddddd i got my summer exchange to Taiwan Sun Yat Sen university!!! woohoo!
the person called mi randomly that day and i hafta go down and do a chinese proficiency test, and WRITE A CHINESE COMPO!!!!
OMGG i almost died. l
ike 5-6 years never written any chinese compo at all and suddenly ask mi to write.. but i cheated with my hp chinese dictionary. haha.
and it's actually awaiting the Taiwan side to approve. if i'm rejected it means my chinese is too good for the exchange therefore i do not need to exchange there. diao. i actually prefered korea thou. ok next year target. haha
yesterday was the first supper of my holiday and it was quite productive! althou 3 people, we came out with a lot of ideas and the committee! haha. yayness.
i'm watching perfect cut (yi qie wan mei) online! i think it's the nicest show last year and season 2 is coming out soon!!
and so are my quizzes.

3 city halls
i have been to city hall 3 days consecutively this weekend, with different purposes and different group of frens
friday
Yoga lin youjia's concert, and i felt a little ill at that time so i was allocated to a slack place so i can sit down and enjoy the concert. haha, the concert was OKAY, a bit boring towards the end when he started singing those english songs that nobody can recognise, but the climax was when the guest star, SHE!!!!!! appeared!!!
The crowd went wild once they appears and sang their first song! omg! they'r super seasoned performers! they look so natural on stage, no nerves or tension at all! and they pushed the concert to a high note. really zai-ness to the max. and then when they sang 'superstar' ella and selina tried to seduce yoga by sexy dancing around him and yoga was so scared!! hahaha damn farnie scene!! oh and Olivia Ong sang 2 songs.
and after the concert i walked around and saw some fans taking photoes with nat ho, then i bumped onto peter lao shi!! HHAHA wad a coincidence he was there too!! and he kept talking to me while i was actually working. and he tot that it was boring towards the end too.
overall it was still okay, SHE is still the best.

marina square with les and px, after catching the performance by px's sis, went to waraku for dinner and we took like... erm.. more than half an hr on the menu before we could decide what to eat. haha. aiya the stuff i wan are too ex for a bdae present la, and i dun haf anything in mind for a present currently. hah mayb next time when i see something lor.
sunday
poor guys in spore actually have very limited clothes to shop, it's either the clothes are not suitable for male singaporeans or it's too ex. argh. went shopping with woon, she bot stuff but i din get anything in the end.
din like anything in this season.

It's friday!
i can feel my flu and runny nose and sore throat clearing off right after my physics quiz!
good timing for the weekend and upcoming recess!
Must be the computing and physics quiz that's making my body all messed up this week. i've been eating plain meals and gulping in bottles of water everyday to cope with my flu and sore throat, looks like it's all psychological effect!
the feeling of being sick and emo doesn't help and i really blanked out once during computing quiz. moral of the story: do not go for exams when you'r sick becoz u'll score worse marks.
my voice is still quite cui. bzzzz
anyway, i just went star-gazing organised by my astro lecturers and saw saturn and its moons! it's really facinating! saturn with it's ring and moons around and i learnt quite a bit about star-gazing too. like the Taurus, Sagitarius, the 7 cluster, Sirius star, too bad jupiter's not up until 7 more months. interesting stuff!
it's time of the pricking hair again. There's always this period of time when my fringe is long enough to prick into my eyes and i always have the urge to chop my hair off all at once then i'll become like this:
not bad right! i still remember during bmt days my army friends told me i look good with this hairstyle. haha bhb.
On the other hand i have attempted to maintain it or even longer like typical korean actors, but i always end up in chapter two because of the pricking fringe. well, cindy said it's always the half short half long and not here not there length which always irritates you. i wonder how long it'll last this time. =X

OMG i chanced upon this lame physics joke.
Once all the scientists die and go to heaven. They decide to play hide-n-seek.Unfortunately Einstein is has to seek and is supposed to count up to 100 and then start searching.
Everyone starts hiding except Newton - he just draws a square of 1 meter and stands in it rite in front of Einstein.
Einstein keeps counting......97,98,99.....100........
He opens his eyes and finds Newton standing in front.
Einstein says "newton's out..newton's....out....."
Newton denies and says i am not out. He claims that he is not Newton!!
All the scientists come out and he proves tht he is not newton..........
Newton says:
I am standing in a square of area 1m square.
That means i am Newton per meter square.
Hence i am Pascal....since newton per meter square = Pascal,
Pascal is OUT.

v day
Actually i wanted v day to be another normal day.. but leong and i were being emo singles, and the supposedly planned prawning outing was cancelled last min!!!
then we were discussing online what to do with coco until like 10 plus plus going to 11, and we settled for supper which also ALMOST didnt' make it.
haha such a random trip but at least we had quite some fun and WE WENT OUT during vday instead of being emo-ing at home.
while trying to find parking at the private hses, a BMW convertible and my car met on a single lane, and the driver kind-heartedly reversed and gave way to me.
while passing by, saw her with her group of frens and gave her a 'thanks' hand signal.
wow not bad, i met something good during valentines. haha
but too bad i din wind down the window and chat. she's around our age and i bet she was hanging out with her single friends too. wasted opportunity. nvm i shall go there more often.

we had to pick an item to advertise. and they picked that for me. -_-

fast week
in a blink of an eye the week is gone!
this week is really a fast week i can bearly remember what happened except going to school and playing spot-the-difference and sleeping.
the CNY mood is now gone, phew. last week we had CNY gathering on the second last day, sunday, went to sida's, pear's, woon's then ms tham's! and we had themed clothes! red, orange and blue. haha. pics will b up soon i hope.

this was the first choir pic of our generation!
anyway sean came back for abt 10 days for CNY, met him on tuesday to eat at JP bakerzin. haha and wad a surprise i din noe they started serving asian flavour like laksa, curry chicken, braised pork belly rice, ramen, all that, and no more portabello spinach burger!!! so sad. i prefer their old menu.
good thing the desserts are still there! yayness. and macarons are $1nett for whole of feb!! woohoo! good catching up with him.

that we are part of the solar system of our sun, and there are billions of such systems in our galaxy?
that our sun is part of the milky way galaxy and there are billions of galaxies in the universe?
that the universe is expanding by the second?
that an astroid will collide with earth every 30 million years like the one which caused the extinction of dinosaurs?
that jupiter is always having a massive storm the size of earth?
that jupiter is actually protecting the earth from meteorites and astroids and comets?
that there are actually rings around jupiter, neptune, and uranus other than saturn?

withdrawal
enjoy a good show,
a good movie,
a good travelling experience,
a good event,
a good relationship,
a good outing,
a good shopping,
a good book,
a good drama series.
some time or immediately after that, withdrawal symptoms starts to kick in.
the aftermath.
it ALWAYS happens to me, just like after watching spiderman i tot i was peter parker, like watching LOTR i wanted to go on an adventure, like after travelling to places i wanted to stay there forever, like after watching bu liang xiao hua i watched once more.
in cases the stories somehow touched your heart or bushes closely against memories you have,
feel so much for it,
can't help it but believe in the world they had created,
escape from reality and live in the alternate parallel universe,
where everything seem so much simpler and plain.
i wanted so much for that to happen
but after all
it's not reality.
