Gone Girl is a really great movie, but not the appropriate movie to catch after witnessing a wedding.
Theng had a wedding lunch on Saturday. It's surprising how well we knew each other, considering we only met for 3 months in NJC and then 2 years later we went on to our first overseas trip with friends with Waiyin. I also caught up with Waiyin and her interesting life which still, is the same after so many years of not catching up. Haha.
One of the best films this year, (the best is still GOTG) Gone girl never had a boring moment. It was well paced, simple story that kept the audience guessing, has great acting and a twisted ending. By twisted, it means wicked. Acting within acting, story within story, I guess people like to see actors acting in an act. Get it? and it's really hard for actors to pretend that they are acting an act.
I was wiking around, turns out the lead actress has the same birthdate as me.
