No KFC Yes Popeyes

Obviously my stomach doesn't agree with KFC and I had to do it again and again. I had KFC last weekend coz I was craving for fried chicken and I wanted to compare the zinger with Popeye's chicken sandwich that I had the previous week. 

And Popeye's chicken sandwich won. It's so much better than Zinger, more meat more flavour less of the oily smell but what it lacks is more Vege. Maybe I should try it again next week hehe. No. I'm on a quest for Gold in IPPT again so I have to stay away from fatty food till I take IPPT. 

Anyway wine at Domi's office for the last 2 Sundays and hanging out with Nigel at Zion food center and also wines. I'm glad for no more beer but I miss my hardcore drinks. 

Mulan

 I just watched the live action Mulan and it was a mess. So many HUHs in the plot and chi doesn't work that way. 

Like why didn't the commander go and save the Emperor and let Mulan go instead?
How did she even flank to the snow mountain without being detected?
What's with all those side characters without any stories?
The witch could kill so many people but can't avoid an arrow? It's so riddiculous how she died. 

I think it might be the worst Disney remake ever. Luckily I didn't go to the cinemas or else I would have regretted greatly. 

air brush paints and stuff

I have decided to be more professional in my gundam art so I am researching on how to do them up more professionally like the sanding and air brush painting and stuff. 

Technology has enabled air compressors to be miniaturized and cheaper now so I can officially air paint my gundams. That means I have to get more boxes when I go Japan next year. I was using spray cans all the while this time and the effects weren't really good. There are small little flaws here and there.

Look at my 00 raiser and Seravee Gundam, Ver Ka designer colour. I'm also re-watching Gundam 00 now, one of the best Gundam series IMO. 

So researching on paints and techniques and mixes and models to build, started watching youtubes and stuff and planning what to buy when I go Japan. And yesterday I just dreamt of using white paint LOL.

I guess I really need to go full on professional Gundam Art. Crafta-san on youtube is really amazing. 

I have been dreaming a lot lately... about Domi, Skylar, Gundams, Hokkaido etc, I guess I'm just too bored.

 It is mid September and we haven't got rid of the stupid virus and it is horrible and terrible.

This has been the longest I have not been flying and I was watching a lot of shows based in NYC and I suddenly feel like I have to go back there. It has been 12 years since I visited and it is about time. Plus, Skylar can bring me around and I can take a quick trip to either LA or Toronto or Quebec to visit friends. I would love that. Anyone would love to travel now actually.

So last 2 weekends was hanging out with Nigel with some Dong Bei food. Omg I miss China food esp shui jiaos. 

I watched Tenet with Paeng, the first movie in 9 months. Can you believe it. Our lifestyles totally changed this year. And also I found my missing pieces of gundam in another box of gundam when I was clearing my display cupboard. I have no idea how that ended up there but it is definitely time to go into gundams as a hobby.

 I already have lotsa things to buy when I go back Japan, I made a list and also all the stuff in my Amazon shopping cart. It's crazy how I miss that place so much when it's the last place I visited. I also need to go Shanghai for the taobaos and the food. Oh my beach attire arrived lol. 

The beach shorts are so skimpy I look like a Daddy when I wear it.

Binge Drinking
Last Saturday was binge drinking at Jarren's place with the gang. I wasn't gonna drink much, probably like 1 or 2 cans of beer and I have been winning all the games and then Jarren noticed and Edward noticed and I'm done for. They pointed at me twice in a roll and towards the end I was ded and wanted to pull my pants down for them to see. Ded. The hangover the next day was really bad urgh I hate it. I always say that I wouldn't drink so much but I don't know how to stop them from making me drink.

Binge Eating
Last Wednesday was some bai bai thing so there were a lot of food at my aunt's place. It has been so long since I've had such good food omg. The curry was amazing and so on point. The potatos were soft and the meat were drumstick and thigh and she made the curry from scratch. Amazing. And at night went over to Hwee's place and ate some more and saw Cindy and Phil and I was super full.

I looked at my tummy and sighed. Should I resign to fate? Also, I'm today years old when I found out Doritos are the bomb. Holy shit they are the ultimate snack when I'm watching my shows and movies I just can't stop snacking on them. I will not stop if they came with cheese or avocado or salsa. It's so dangerous.

Binge Window Shopping
Let me say again, Taobao is amazing. I just bought singlet, beach shorts, trunks and googles for like $50. And there are so many amazing things I want to buy they all look so nice. I can spend hours choosing the tee shirts, the towel rack, the dining chair, the plates etc and they are reasonably priced. It really is the most amazing market place ever.
