now.

it's the time of my life again when it has became a plateau after ascending and descending several times.

Travel? Have done almost the whole of taiwan for 2 months, and planning another.

Shopping? Bought enough clothes (for the time being) and no need for more.

Technology? New handphone, no need for anymore upgrades.

Money? who wans to employ somebody who can onli work for a week!??!

Fun? requires money, refer to previous.

Lose fats? on the way, requires long time. and effort. and diet.

So this equates to staying at home and being online all the time, mayb i can concentrate on losing fats. although i have been exercising alternate days, i can't escape from the food that is pushed to my face that will equalise the calories i lost. haha.

and when i have nothing to do online, researching becomes my fav pastime. researching on what other fellow 22 year olds around the world are doing, what are their aims, what they have accomplished.
well, celebrities never miss the list to become the main researchees.

Jesse McCartney - same age as us, now already a famous song writer and singer in the states, with 3 great solo albums and ongoing acting stints. real accomplished.

Carrie Underwood - won american idol when she was 22. Superstar now with 2 great albums.

Lindsay Lohan - u know her. famous and infamous.

Shia Labeouf - acted in transformers when he's 22 and he's the next indianna jones. the star of tomorrow!

Sun Yanzi - first 2 hot-selling albums when she was 22. dun need to say anothing more about her rite.

Miley Cyrus - everyone knows her even b4 she's like 20? 16yo popular star, Cyrus was listed in Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People in The World. Forbes magazine ranked her #35 on "The Celebrity 100" list with earnings over $25 million in 2008.

ok after info on them the question u ask urself is 'what are you still doing sitting in front of the computer desk?'

firstly these people are really one in a hundred million. seriously! i mean there are so many people in america, why them?! it's really one in a hundred million! they dun pick people just off the streets or what, the probablility is super low.

secondly you gotta have what it takes. Jesse's talent, Carrie's vocals, Shia's personality.. thats what makes them.. them. and if u think u can become one of them, so does the rest of the hundred million people. and u can see so many wannabes on tv.

thirdly it is not gonna happen in singapore. u know.. the usual.. conservative asia thinking.. small market.. blah blah.

while they have probably millions in their bank accounts, dun envy, just be happy with what u have coz there are probably more people having no bank accounts at this age.

while 22yos in New york are slogging their life out trying to make things work in the city, which is almost the same situation as in Taipei, here we are, still staying under the umbrella of our parents.

well, we all r different 22 year olds but in sg, all of us are almost the same. life has already been somewhat planned for us.

when's the next turning point of life?
do you create it or simply wait?
