I pulled my shoulders/neck muscle while I doing heavy shoulders weights on Thursday at the gym.
Urgh I hate it when I'm training for IPPT and then something happens to my body and I have to stop training for a week. I will lose all the gains I had for the past few days and lose stamina a little bit and I have to re-train all my muscles again argh.
Now I need to postpone my IPPT for another month.
